PATROL DOGS

All patrol dogs have been tested in the areas of apprehension work, scent work, slick floors, ball drive, search drive, and sociability. Such tests are not intended to replace basic handler and dog training. The tests are intended to select the best possible dog for the handler and his/her agency's needs. The dog is guaranteed to be psychologically and physically suitable for basic patrol dog school/training as well as dual purpose detector dog training. The basic training must be in accordance with U.S.P.C.A., NAPWDA, or similar standards and/or guidelines.

The dogs are guaranteed to be free from debilitating genetic defects including hips, elbows, and eyes for one full year following the date or purchase. Dogs must be trained, cared for, and maintained as directed by the dog's veterinarian(s) and training staff. Health problems or related issues must be reported to Performance Kennels Inc. as soon as they are detected. Failure to make such a report may result in voiding the warranty. Performance Kennels Inc. will not be liable for any medical related bills or exam fees pursuant to the warranty unless previously notified about the potential problem. This warranty does not include health, medical, or psychological problems due to poor diet, negligence, injury, abuse, maltreatment, or failure to provide appropriate preventative and responsive medical care. The dog is guaranteed to have been tested negative from heart worm at the time of delivery.

SINGLE PURPOSE DETECTOR DOGS

The detector dogs are guaranteed to be free from debilitating genetic defects including hips and eyes for one full year following the date or purchase. The dog must continue to be trained, cared for, and maintained as directed by the dog's veterinarian(s) and training staff. The dog is guaranteed to have been tested negative from heart worm at the time of delivery. Health problems or related issues must be reported to Performance Kennels Inc. as soon as they are detected. Failure to make such a report may result in voiding the warranty. Performance Kennels Inc. will not be liable for any medical related bills or exam fees pursuant to the warranty unless previously notified about the potential problem. The canine team has the responsibility to train and/or maintain the dog's skills in accordance with generally accepted guidelines or those given to the handler upon purchasing the dog from Performance Kennels Inc. Performance Kennels Inc. and it's training staff will work with all of our customers to the fullest extent possible to resolve any issues, problems, or complaints not specifically addressed here. Our goal is complete satisfaction of every customer.
